Immune Boosting Ginger Tea
Packed with nourishing ingredients: fresh ginger, fresh lemon, raw honey and cinnamon. This tea is warm and soothing, rich with nutrients that provide anti-inflammatory, detoxifying and immune-boosting properties.
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp raw honey + more to taste
1/2 lemon juice
2 small cinnamon sticks
1 star anise pod
2 cardamom pods
Directions:
1. In a medium pot bring water to a simmer.
2. Peel and slice fresh ginger.
3. Add all ingredients into the boiled water pot and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Strain the brewed tea into teacups and serve immediately.
5. Drink while warm or cool overnight for a refreshing cold beverage.
*you can totally do a simple ginger tea just including the first 3 ingredients or spice it up with the rest of the ingredients if you have them available 🤍

2 palitos de canela pequeños
1 vaina de estrella de anís
2 vainas de cardamomo
Instrucciones:
1. En una olla mediana, hierve agua a fuego lento.
2. Pelar y cortar el jengibre fresco.
3. Agrega todos los ingredientes a la olla de agua hirviendo y cocina durante 10 a 15 minutos.
4. Colar el té preparado en tazas de té y servir inmediatamente.
5. Disfrutar mientras está tibio o guardar en el refigerador durante la noche para una bebida fría refrescante.
