Inspired by a wrap I had a year ago on an incredible trip I had in South Africa which I seriously still haven’t gotten over- with good reason. This wrap is filling, delicious and so fresh! I am not usually the type to mix fruits with salty foods but somehow this combo works SO GOOD, even rob asked for seconds. Enjoy…
Ingredients:
1 wrap/tortilla
1/4 cup cooked lentils
1/4 cup red cabbage thinly sliced
1/4 avocado
2 onion tips diced
3 orange slices
Cilantro to taste
Almond Butter Dressing to taste
Directions:
1. Heat wrap on a medium heat skillet.
2. Chop ingredients as needed and set aside.
3. Place wrap on a plate and assemble with ingredients and wrap.
4. Add Almond Butter Dressing to taste and served with a little extra on the side… because it is so damn good you’ll want more.

1 tortilla
1/4 taza de lentejas cocidas
1/4 taza de repollo morada en rodajas finas
1/4 aguacate
2 puntas de cebolla cortadas en cubitos
3 rodajas de naranja
Cilantro al gusto
Aderezo de crema de almendras al gusto
Instrucciones:
1. Calienta la tortilla en una sartén a fuego medio.
2. Picar los ingredientes según sea necesario y reservar.
3. Coloca la envoltura en un plato y acomoda con ingredientes.
4. Agrega el aderezo de crema de almendras al gusto y sirve con un poco extra al lado ... porque esta tan bueno que vas a querer más.
