Blackened sockeye salmon fillet with ancho chili pepper and smocked paprika

For best flavor, place coated salmon in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before cooking. 

*Bake at 350 for 10-15 mins to desired wellness.

Half an avocado

Roasted butternut squash

*Season squash with salt and pepper, roast with skin on in oven at 350 for 25 mins (soften until fork can easily pass thru it) then scoop out of skin then serve.

Mushrooms and spinach sautéed with 2 tsp of water and spiced with a ancho chili pepper.
