Lemon Dill Organic Salmon
The yummiest most buttery lemon dill organic salmon (minus the butter) ! Honestly I am all about the quality of the products I eat, I am always checking ingredient lists, making sure my animal proteins are organic, wild, free range, never frozen you name it... I want it all! Being a pescatarian it’s super important for me that my salmon, fish tuna etc is the highest quality and trust me it makes a difference for your taste buds and your health! Always review and when possible choose the freshest, cleanest, highest quality products... and it will taste like butter without the butter... here’s the recipe for this organic salmon:
Ingredients:
2 organic salmon filets
1 lemon sliced and and lightly squeezed
1-2 minced garlic
1/2 tbsp fresh dill
1 tbsp avocado oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350
Place the salmon in large piece of aluminum foil, big enough to fully wrap the fillets
Dress the salmon with all the ingredients, garlic, lemon, dill and drizzle oil
Wrap the aluminum foil completely cover the salmon with no air gaps
Cook in oven for about 10-12 minutes until desired cook level
