Salmon and Goat Cheese Omelette
Inspired by my favorite NY brunch spot @sadelles, made this delicious @vitalfarms egg omelette w/goat cheese + wild smoked salmon and some arugula on the side just to seem fanshy ✨ but it’s super simple and tasty + this wild Alaskan smocked salmón is my fav bc it has no sugar added!!
Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl then pour in a warm non stick skillet
Let it cook still for about 3 minutes.
Add in smoked salmon and goat cheese *quantity at your own discretion.
Then scrap the edges and fold the egg in half. Cook for a minute on each side then serve and enjoy!
