That runny yolk tho 🤤 Today’s breakfast was amazing, an Ezekiel bread w/avocado smash, smoked salmon + a poached egg, topped with cilantro, pepita seeds, everything but the bagel seasoning and tabasco!!
Catch how to make the perfect poached egg on my instastory!!! 🍳 Seriously we should eat this egg preparation more often... I feel like we only get it when we eat out bc it looks intimidating but it’s honestly so simple to make, here’s the step by step:


1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
2. While waiting for the water to boil, crack an egg into a small bowl.
3. Bring the pot of water down to a simmer and stir in 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar!!
4. Stir until you create a vortex.
5. Carefully add the egg to the middle of the vortex and cook the egg for 2:30 minutes.
6. Remove the egg with a slotted spoon and dab it on a paper towel to remove any excess water.
7. Serve on your avocado toast or veggies and enjoy!!!!
