Summer smoothie in full swing
This is all I have been craving recently, whether breakfast lunch or dinner... honestly this is packed with protein, healthy fats and greens, here are the dets:
Ingredients:
1 cup homemade almond milk (just blend 1 cup water + 2 tbsp almond butter & dash of vanilla)
1 scoop @sunwarriortribe vanilla protein powder
1 cup steamed then frozen zucchini
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tbsp maca (if you are new to this start smaller maybe 1 tsp)
1 tbsp almond butter
1 cup ice + more to taste
Blend all ingredients until smooth consistency
Pour and top off with @paleonola maple pancake mix (to die for) and drizzle more ab obvs ✨
