Real Eggs, Real Good
Real food real good !
While being on keto diet (really any diet) it’s very very easy to fall into the loop holes of eating dirty- like in Keto eating a ton of bacon and cheese + processed products that’s advertise themselves as keto and really are made of sh*t and prob make you bloated and throw your digestion out of whack... it’s very easy to fall into those traps (I’ve been there) but it’s important in which every diet/lifestyle you choose, whether is vegan, vegetarian, pescetarian, meat eater that you choose CLEAN REAL FOOD, read labels- don’t trust marketing and try to make most everything at home ⚡️
And this right here is one of my favorite savory breakfasts:
Ingredients:
2 fried eggs in a lil avocado oil
Grilled asparagus
1/2 avocado
Hand full of arugula
Sprinkled with everything but the bagel seasoning ✨
