Hemp Milk
Easy, delicious and nutritious !!
- 3 cups filtered water
- 1/2 cup hemps seeds
- pinch of salt
(Optional cinnamon, matcha, cacao powder)
Add all ingredients in food processor or blender and blend for 2 mins!
Store in a tight sealed and glass container. Refrigerate, it stays good for about a week!!
Add it to your smoothies, cereal, granolas... anything!
