Avocado Dressing

Simple cod with cilantro and lemon, leafy greens, zucchini + delicioussss avocado dressing

1/2 avocado
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp tahini
1 garlic clove
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp salt

Optional: add some cilantro for extra taste
Process all ingredients in food processor until smooth
