If you don’t spend literally all Sunday eating, you’re doing it wrong 🍕

Avocado pizza w/double tomato sauce - I like to first add tomato paste then tomato pizza sauce. 

Super simple all you need is:

  • @califlourfoods Original Pizza Crust
  • @daiyafoods Mozzarella style cheese
  • @kitehillfoods ricotta style cheese (plain or with truffle and chives)
  • 6 leaves of fresh basil
  • 1/2 avocado 
  • Chili flakes + oregano to taste

First you bake the pizza crust at 375 for 12 minutes 

Then you take it out and put on all the toppings you like. This crust is honestly so tasty that it does not need much! I think the simpler the better! 

For my particular pizza I like double tomato - paste and then sauce, and then I sprinkle 2 tsp or so of oregano. 

I add on the double cheese - mozzarella style then ricotta. And place fresh basil on top. 

Bake in oven again for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and I add on fresh slices of avocado, chili flakes and enjoy!!!
