This is my go to lunch or dinner, this combo could be my favorite and easiest meal/proteins eva - but always look at the ingredients + make sure there is no added sugar in you salmon!

This meal is super simple and delicious:

Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon *which i personally will eat half of the large pack, or the full small packet. 

@mikeys toasted onion muffin as the base

1/2 an avocado

Capers, tons of them bc I loveee

Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel Sesame Seasoning which is amazingggg 

And tabasco bc duh.
