Healing Turmeric Tahini Dressing
Been feeling super under the weather lately so this week I’m trying to sneak in all types of healing superfoods into my meal hoping it makes me feel better!
So I whipped up this dressing it came out a beautiful yellow color and most importantly tasted amazing too!
Ingredients
4 tbsp of tahini
2 lemon juice (about 1/2 a cup)
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
*Optional 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in the food processor and blend!
Store in a mason jar and in fridge! Stays good for over a week!
Tends to thicken up with time so feel free to add more water or lemon juice to thin it out!
