Blackened Ginger Glazed Fish Filets
I know you guys are always asking for simple, healthy and delicious recipes so here is one I prepared last week that I forgot to share 🤤 Minimal ingredients and isn’t messy, low carb and a perfect dinner option too! Here’s what you’ll need... Blackened Ginger Glazed Fish Filets
Ingredients:
2 white fish fillets (or salmon)
3 tablespoons Braggs Liquid Aminos
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
2 green onions, chopped
Ground pepper to taste
Cauliflower Rice
1 head of cauliflower, riced
2 green onion, chopped
2 tbsp braggs liquid aminos
Optional: 1 cup extra veggies, zucchini or asparagus chopped
Directions:
In a container place filets, skin down and add all ingredients.
Cover, refrigerate and allow to soak for about 30 minutes to an hour before cooking.
Meanwhile prepare your cauliflower rice, in your food processor chop cauliflower florets into rice and transfer to cooking pan.
Cook covered on medium heat, add in the green onion and extra veggies and cover to cook stir occasionally.
Add braggs liquid aminos 2-3 mins before serving.
On a medium heat pan, cook the soaked filets, add all the seasoning to the pan as well. Cook covered, each side about 5 minutes.
Remove cover and finish cooking by raising to high heat.
Serve rice and top with fish and avocado and enjoy!
