Baked Lemon Cilantro Fish

Summer mood: 🍋 , inspired me to whip up this fresh simple recipe.
Baked Lemon Cilantro Fish
Ingredients:
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, or more, to taste
Zest of 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
2 white fish fillets (I used huachinango)
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Top with lemon slices
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly coat baking dish with avocado oil.
In a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest and cilantro; set aside.
Season fish with salt and pepper, to taste and place onto the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with mixture + top with lemon slices.
Place into oven and bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 10-12 minutes.
Serve immediately, garnished with extra cilantro if you like!

Ingredientes:
1 ajo picado
2 cucharadas de jugo de lima
Ralladura de 1/2 lima
2 cucharadas de cilantro fresco
2 filetes de pescado blanco (huachinango, lenguado etc)
Sal de mar y pimienta negra al gusto
Rebanadas de lima para poner encima del pescado
PreparaciĂłn:
Precalentar el horno a 180 C. En un sartén poner tantito aceite para prevenir que se pegue el pescado.
En un plato hondo mezclar junto el ajo, el jugo de lima, la ralladura de lima, y el cilantro.
Colocar el pescado en el sartén, agregar sal de mar y pimienta.
Agregar la mezcla de lima y encima colocar las rebanadas de lima fresco.
Hornear por 10 a 12 minutos y disfrutar inmediatamente!!
