Skinny Buffalo Cauliflower Bites


Seriously skinny buffalo cauliflower bites: minimal ingredientes necessary, oven baked, gluten free, lactose free, flour free + frkn delicious!!! Perfect for an appetizer while hosting friends or just to snack on, here is simply what you need:


Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, broken into small florets
1/2 cup buffalo medium hot sauce
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 green onion to garnish

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F or prepare a grill for medium heat cooking.
2. Chop the cauliflower into florets, medium size is good as it will shrink once cooked. Place in a large mixing bowl.
3. Prepare the Buffalo sauce by mixing together the oil and spices.
4. Pour the sauce into the bowl with the cauliflower florets and toss to coat until all cauliflower is evenly covered in sauce.
5. Spread the marinated cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet and arrange them in a single layer.
5. Bake the cauliflower in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, flipping half way through.
6. Serve the hot and saucy Buffalo cauliflower bites with green onion tip and a healthy tahini dressing or blue cheese/ranch dip! Enjoy!

Ingredientes

1 cabeza de coliflor, dividida en pequeños floretes

1/2 taza de salsa picante mediana de búfalo

1 cucharada de aceite de aguacate

1 cucharadita de pimienta

1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo

1/2 cucharadita de sal de mar

1 cebolla cambray para decorar

Direcciones

  1. Precaliente el horno a 450 ° F o 220 C.

  2. Picar la coliflor en floretes, recomiendo el tamaño mediano ya que se encogerá una vez que esté cocido. Colocar en un tazón grande.

  3. Prepara la salsa Buffalo mezclando el aceite y las especias. Revuelve la salsa en el tazón con las flores de coliflor y mezcla bien hasta que toda la coliflor esté cubierta uniformemente en salsa.

  4. Extiende los floretes de coliflor marinados en la bandeja para hornear preparada y colóquelos en una sola capa.

  5. Hornea la coliflor en el horno precalentado durante unos 40 minutos, volteándola a la mitad.

  6. ¡Sirve la coliflor Buffalo con la punta de cebolla cambray y un saludable aderezo de tahini o la salsa de tu gusto y disfruta!
