Almond Butter Keto Pancakes
Sunday’s are for pancakes !! Whipped up these keto pancakes thanks to @thedailyavocadose recipe! They were so good that my hubby and I were fighting for the last piece- definitely serves just 1 person.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp almond butter
1 egg
1 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 scoop @sunwarriortribe protein powder
1 tbsp chia + 3 tbsp almond milk soaked until thickened
1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together and cook on a nonstick pan!
