Superfood Rawnola
I’ll leave the single serving recipe for your guys but OMG this superfood rawnola is so delicious that I am going to make a big batch so that I always have it on hand! It’s nutty, cinnamony- has my favorite superfood sneaked in there- maca + is made in 5 minutes ! Hope you guys enjoy it ✨ #nfk
Single serving superfood rawnola.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp gluten free oats
1 tbsp macadamia
1 1/2 tbsp walnuts
1 tbsp flax meal
2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 tsp maca
1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon
1 tsp chia
2 dates (soaked in warm water so they soften + blend easier)
A little of the date water (1/2 tbsp)
Directions:
Place all ingredientes in your food processor and B L E N D !! Serve with your fav almond milk and enjoy!!
