There’s no getting around it. We all age. It’s part of being human. But if I can help prevent it I will... and collagen is the most important when it comes to appearance and skin health! 
Collagen is actually the most abundant protein in the human body. Skin, hair, nails and connective tissues are made up of collagen.
And as we age, our bodies’ natural production of collagen slows dramatically. 
Soo that’s why you can take collagen supplements to help promote the production... Collagen is found in the connective tissues of animals. Thus, foods such as chicken skin, pork skin, beef and fish are sources of collagen- and the hydrolyzation process breaks it down into smaller easy to process particles which you can drink. 
And the most well-known benefits of Hydrolyzed Collagen are:
promotes glowing, vibrant skin
provides elasticity to the skin, helping it to appear more youthful and health
