Dreamy Blue Noatmeal
I am always experimenting with different little tweaks and changes in my diet, I love seeing what works best for me- our bodys’ change and so do our needs so I am never fully against or committed to any one type of diet- but in any diet you must make sure it is CLEAN and based on high quality whole foods- not packaged or frozen sh*t but real produce w/real nutrients... and right now I’m doing Keto Diet (high fat, low carb) and need to be creative in the kitchen bc I’m mostly Plant Based Keto and I eat very little dairy. I’ll share more recipes and tips later... meanwhile here is this Dreamy Blue Noatmeal recipe for ya:
Ingredients:
2 tbsp chia
1 tbsp flax meal
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maca powder (optional)
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
Directions:
Place all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Top with blueberries + other nuts or seeds you’d like and enjoy!
