Coconut Chia Pudding
After having the most delicious chia pudding in Tinys Boxwoods I had to make a remake of my own and it turned out ridiculously close if not the same!!! It’s creamy, thick and delicious coconut chia pudding that uses only a handful of ingredients and one bowl to make!
Coconut Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 & 1/4 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Let sit on the counter for 10 minutes, giving it a stir every 2-3 minutes.
3. Cover and place in the fridge to firm up for 1-2 hours.
4. Remove and enjoy
5. Top this chia pudding off with fresh fruit and granola or topping of choice and enjoy!!!
6. Store this chia pudding in the fridge for up to a week in an air tight container!

Pudin de Chia con Leche de Coco
Ingredientes
1/4 taza semillas de chia
1 & 1/4 taza leche de coco entera de lata
2 cucharadas maple organic
1 cucharadita extracto de vanilla
Instructions
1. Mezcla todos los ingredientes juntos en un plato hondo.
2. Deja reposar por 10 minutos, revolviendo cada 2-3 minutos.
3. Cubre el pudin y refrigeralo por 1-2 horas.
4. Sacar del refrigerador y disfrutar!
5. Decora con fruta fresca y granola y tantito maple organico si gustas!
6. Conserva tu pudín en un recipiente en el refrigerador por hasta 1-2 semanas!
