Blueberry Vegan Protein Pancakes
You know I have a thing with pancakes… and I always try to create simple recipes that don’t require many ingredients, sugar or gluten! And this recipe came out delicious, only 6 Ingredients!!!! Here is what you need…
Blueberry Vegan Protein Pancakes 🥞
Single serving recipe:
1/4 cup almond flour
1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder
1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax meal + 3 tbsp water)
1/4 tsp baking powder
7 tbsp water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup blueberries
Directions:
1. Mix together all dry ingredients.
2. Prepare your flax meal egg, let sit 5 mins until it reaches the gelatin consistency.
3. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together until smooth consistency. Then add in blueberries!
4. Cook pancakes on a medium heat cooking pan, flip once cooked.
5. Remove and plate pancakes 🥞, stack them up and enjoy!!! ✨✨

Receta individual:
1/4 taza harina de almendra
1 portion de proteina vegana sabor vanilla
1 huevo de linaza (1 cucharada linaza molida + 3 cucharadas de agua)
1/4 cucharadita polvo para hornear
7 cucharadas agua
1/2 cucharadita extracto de vanilla
1/4 taza moras azules
Preparación:
1. Preparar el huevo de linaza, mezclando la linaza molida y agua, dejar reposar por 5 minutos hasta lograr una consistencia gelatinosa.
2. En un plato hongo, revolver todos los ingredientes hasta lograr una consistencia homogéneaa. Luego agrega las moras azules.
3. Cocina los pancakes en un sartén a temperatura media, voltear para cocinar de ambos lados.
4. Emplatar los pancakes y disfrutar!!!
