Healthy Coconut Flour Protein Pancakes
Sunday’s Best 🥞 whipped up these super super easy pancakes with simple ingredients that you most likely have in your pantry already! You know I’m always looking to make: simple, real ingredients and delicious recipes! So here is this one, hope you enjoy it!!
Healthy Coconut Flour Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 scoop vegan protein vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup of water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: add cinnamon, sweetener of choice or even chocolate chips!
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix well until pancake batter is evenly combined.
2. In a medium heat skillet, add a little bit of coconut oil if necessary and spoon pancake batter onto pan. Cook and flip halfway cooked.
3. Serve and top with your favorites: mine are blueberries, almond butter and sugar free maple syrup. 🥞🤍

Ingredientes
2 cucharadas de harina de coco
1 scoop de proteína vegana sabor vanilla
1/2 cucharadita polvo para hornear
1 huevo
1/2 taza de agua
1/2 cucharadita extracto de vanilla
Opcional: agregar canela, endulzante o hasta chispas de chocolate.
Instrucciones:
1. En un tazón, agregar todos los ingredientes y mezclar bien hasta lograr una consistencia homogénea de la masa.
2. En un sartén a temperatura media, agrega tantito aceite de coco si es necesario y con una cuchara sirve la masa de pancakes. Cose los pancakes y voltea a la mitad.
3. Sirve tus pancakes y disfrútalos con moras, crema de almendra y miel de maple sin endulzar!! 🥞🤍
