Homemade Cashew Butter

Really simple and delicious!!! Enjoy!!

Homemade Cashew Butter 

Ingredients:

2 cups Raw Unsalted Cashews

Food processor

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Spread 2 cups of cashews evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes. (NOTE: Check the cashews at 10 minutes)

  3. Allow to cool for about 3 to 5 minutes

  4. Pour 2 cups of roasted cashews in a food processor and let it run for about 5-10 minutes until desired smoothness.

  5. You will most likely have to stop the food processor and scrap the sides once or twice in order for the almond to continue to churn in the processor.

  6. Store in an airtight mason jar and enjoy!!!
