Homemade Macadamia Nut Butter 2.0
Just experimented with this recipe and I made it even easier for you guys!!! No need to roast the macadamia nuts before churning it in the food processor!! I liked the consistency even better because it isnt as liquidy as the oven roasted version, but ill leave both options and you can do whichever you prefer!!
Ingredients:
2 cups Raw Unsalted Macadamia Nuts
Food processor
Directions Oven Roasted:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spread 2 cups of Macadamia Nuts evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes. (NOTE: Check the Macadamia Nuts at 10 minutes)
Allow to cool for about 3 to 5 minutes
Pour 2 cups of roasted Macadamia Nuts in a food processor and let it run for about 5-10 minutes until desired smoothness.
You will most likely have to stop the food processor and scrap the sides once or twice in order for the almond to continue to churn in the processor.
Store in an airtight mason jar and enjoy!!!
