Healthy Tuna Melt

Healthy Tuna Melt

Ridiculously easy and warming Healthy Tuna Melt, perfect for this colder weather!
All you need is:
Atún Ortiz
Dijon mustard
Red onion, chopped small
Capers
Cilantro
Tomato, thinly sliced
Provelon cheese style (I used @daiyafoods )
Tabasco
Bread your choice, I recommend @almendruka_ or eziquiel.
Directions:
Prepare the tuna mix, breaking the tuna into pieces and mixing in the mustard, red onion, capers and cilantro.
Toast your bread and add the tuna, in a pan melt you cheese and tomato and then top of your sand which! (If you have a sandwhich mini grill you could prepare your sandwhich and grill it there all together!)
Add tabasco and enjoy!!!!

Ingredientes:
Atún Ortiz
Mostaza dijon
Cebolla morada, picado
Alcaparras
Cilantro
Tomate, en rebanadas
Queso
Pan de @almendruka_ o eziquiel


Preparación:
Prepara la mezcla del atún junto con todos los ingredientes.
Tuesta el pan y aparte calienta queso y el tomato los calientas en la parrilla.
(Si tienes una plancha de sandwhich solo junta todo los ingredientes del sandwhich y plancha el sandwhich)
Difrutalo con tabasco, esta espectacular!
