Simply Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Simply Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts
This recipe is so simple and easy to make and seriously delicious. The Brussels sprouts are perfectly roasted soft and crispy and deliciously seasoned with a balsamic glaze... here is what you need:


Ingredients
5-6 cups of brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
1/4 cup avocado oil @chosenfoods
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
3-4 tbsp balsamic vinegar


Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F or 200°C
2. Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet, including any of the loose leaves. Add the avocado oil, the 1 1/2 tsp sea salt and the 1/2 tsp pepper and toss. Spread out the mixture in a single layer.
3. Roast the brussels sprouts until they’re tender and nicely browned, 40 minutes, tossing once at the 20-minute mark.
4. Remove pan from the oven, transfer to a bowl and drizzle immediately with the balsamic vinegar and toss again. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

Ingredientes
5-6 tazas coles de bruselas, cortadas a la mitad
1/4 taza de aceite de aguacate @chosenfoods
1 1/2 cucharadita de sal de mar
1/2 cucharadita de pimienta
3-4 cucharadas vinagre de balsámico


Preparación
1. Precalentar el horno a 200C
2. Colocar coles de bruselas en un sartén. Agregar aceite de aguacate, sal y pimienta y revolver bien. Acomodar de preferencia sin empalmar.
3. Cocer las coles de bruselas por 40 minutos, dándole vuelta a los 20 minutos.
4. Pasar las coles a un tazón y agregar de inmediato el balsámico y revolver bien. Ajustar el sabor con más sal o pimienta si es necesario y disfrutar caliente !!!
