Healthy Vegan Cookie Dough
Straight deliciousness that can be eaten raw 🍪 🥄 I have a slight obsession with cookie dough... and this is my take on my favorite vegan cookie dough but of course I had to make it healthy, low sugar, low carb and at the same time frknly delicious... here is what you need for my Healthy Cookie Dough
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups almond flour
4 tablespoons Maple Flavored Syrup @lakantosweetener
3 tbsp refined coconut oil
1 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate chips @lilys_sweets
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Stir together all ingredients until very well combined. Eat spoonfuls and enjoy or store in the fridge to chill!
Notes: You can probably omit the apple sauce and have the same consistency and taste!

4 cucharadas de miel sin azúcar
3 cucharadas de aceite de coco
1 cucharada puré de manzana
1/2 cucharada extracto de vanilla
1/4 taza chispas de chocolate sin azúcar
Sal de mar al gusto
Preparación
En un plato hondo agrega todos ingredients y revuelve hasta lograr una consistencia homogénea. Disfruta a cucharadas o guardar en el refrigerador! 🍪
