Easiest Vegan Banana Bread

Seriously plating goals ✨ This past workshop I wanted to incorporate more plant based options to the menu so I whipped up this super simple banana bread that requires minimal ingredients!! Here is what you need:


Vegan Banana Bread
Vegan, Gluten Free, Refined Sugar Free


Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
3 tbsp flax meal + 6 tbsp water
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Mix your flax and water first to get a gelatin consistency.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Coat a bread baking pan with coconut oil and transfer batter.
Bake for 40 minutes or until browned.
Enjoy warm with yogurt, granola and berries!!!

Vegano, Sin Gluten, Sin Azucar Refinada

Ingredientes:
4 plátanos maduros
3 cucharadas de linaza molida @inesproductosnaturales + 6 cucharadas de agua (dejar reposar por 10 minutos)
1 taza harina de almendra @mikai.mx
½ taza harina de coco @mikai.mx
1/2 cucharada polvo para hornear
1 cucharadita extracto de vainilla

Preparación:
Precalentar el horno a 350 F o 180 C.
En un plato hondo agregar todos los ingredientes y revolver bien hasta lograr una consistencia homogeneous.
Cubrir un molde de pan con tantito aceite de coco y pasar la masa.
Hornear por 40-50 minutos o hasta que esté dorado.
Disfrutar una vez que se enfríe y si gustas acompáñalo con yogurt, granola y moras!
