Peanut Butter & Banana Chocolate Chip Blondies
You may ask yourself what “Blondies” even are... they are basically brownies without the cocoa. This Peanut Butter Blondie recipe is naturally gluten-free, flourless, and sweetened with monk fruit for a delicious breakfast treat or a healthy dessert.
The best part is that the recipe is as easy as it gets, you only need 6 ingredients that you probably already have on hand. Hope you enjoy them 🖤
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup monk fruit or maple syrup or sweetener of choice
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line pan with parchment paper or coconut oil and set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all your ingredients and mix well. Lastly, fold in your chocolate chips.
3. Pour batter into the greased baking tray and sprinkle with sea salt, then bake 20 minutes, or until golden on the outside and firm in the center.
4. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before slicing into bars and enjoying this freshly baked deliciousness.

2 plátanos maduros
2 huevos
1 taza de mantequilla de maní cremosa
1/4 taza de fruta de monje o maple o endulzante de elección
1 cucharada de extracto de vainilla
1/2 cucharadita de levadura en polvo
1 taza de chispas de chocolate sin azúcar
Instrucciones
1. Precalienta el horno a 180C / 350F y cubra la sartén con papel pergamino o aceite de coco y reserve.
2. En un tazón grande, combina todos los ingredientes y mezcla bien. Por último, mezcla las chispas de chocolate.
3. Pasa la masa a la bandeja para hornear engrasada y espolvoree con tantita sal de mar, luego hornea por 20 minutos o hasta que esté dorado por fuera y firme en el centro.
4. Retira del horno y deja enfriar por completo antes de cortar en barras y disfrutar de esta delicia recién horneada.
